The Village of Twin Lakes invites qualifying residents to take advantage of the Village’s HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAM.  The Village offers no-interest loans for needed home improvements with no monthly payments!

The Housing Rehabilitation Program was made possible through Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding.  The program is established as a revolving loan fund.  Currently over $12,000 is available in loans for eligible residents.

The region also has a CDBG funding program available to Twin Lakes residents.
