Millennium Park was constructed in 1999-2002. It is located at Stateline Road and Richmond Park Drive.

It contains a pavillion, a soccer/football field, playground equipment, a vending machine, walking trails, sledding, and a restroom.

It is the newest Twin Lakes Park.
