The Village of Twin Lakes staff is here to serve you.  The Village is run by a council-manager form of government, consisting of a 7 member board (one elected as Village President) and a Village Administrator.  The council-manager system combines the strong political leadership of elected officials with the strong managerial experience of an appointed local government manager.  The Village is comprised of eight major departments at four facilities offering services to meet the needs of our residents.
