Position Responsibilities

Processes open record requests in compliance with local, state, federal law and department procedure. • Assists in the preparation of various reports as requested. • Assists as needed performing administrative functions such as payroll functions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, agency forms, supply inventory and procurement, etc. Completes regular quality control audits to ensure the accuracy of data in the agencies records management system. Re-assigns errors to sworn and non-sworn personnel for correction. Other various administrative tasks as assigned.

Salary: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour dependent on qualifications

The Village of Twin Lakes (population 6,050) is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Sewer Operator.  This position reports to the Head Sewer Operator and is responsible for maintenance of pumps, sewer equipment, and building maintenance.  The Sewer Operator is expected to have strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment.  High school diploma and 3 years of equipment maintenance/mechanical experience required.  Starting Salary: $50,499.70 plus an excellent benefit package.  Occasional weekend and holiday work required.  Applicants must submit a resume and job application form (available online at “Jobs”) to Village Administrator Laura Roesslein at  A job description can be obtained on the village website as well.  Position open until filled.


ELECTION INSPECTOR: The Village of Twin Lakes is looking for individuals who are interested in becoming involved in the election process to serve as Election Inspectors. Duties include issuing ballots to registered voters, registering voters, monitoring the voting equipment, explaining how to mark ballots and use the voting equipment, processing absentee ballots and gathering forms/equipment after the polls close. Applicants will be provided with paid training by the Village Clerk’s office as well as $9/hour for each election worked. Applicants must be Kenosha County residents and not be a candidate for any office to be voted on at the polling place at that election.
